      After doing some homework and calling a few solar companies for a rooftop solar system in the city, I was told that my property didn't qualify because there was no egress around an old HVAC condenser on steel beams that crossed my roof. Dean was the only person that got back to me with a solution: a solar system on a welded canopy with a catwalk above the steel beams allowing front to back egress for the fire department (to meet code). The Solanta team also arranged a replacement of my old AC condenser with a new heat pump as well as a new PMMA roof. I could have tried to coordinate the heat pump, roof and solar system separately on my own time and expense, but Dean designed, procured and managed all the pieces to lower costs and decrease future maintenance issues. I don't think there is anyone else who could have done this project.

    Does this cost anything?

    No. The estimate is free.

    Do I have to upload my electric bill?

    No, it is optional. It makes your numbers more accurate because we work from your real usage instead of an average for your area.

    What happens to my phone number?

    We use it to reach you about your project. That is what you are agreeing to when you tick the consent box at the bottom of the form, and the Privacy Policy and Terms are linked there.

    Do you serve my area?

    How long is the warranty?

    By default we warrant our workmanship for 10 years following the installation, and the warranty is fully transferable if you sell your home. There are conditions, including a reduced 1 year warranty if recommended roof repairs are declined before install.
